ABOUT ME
I’m Rach – an ICU nurse, mum of three boys, and the woman behind Revive. My journey into coaching wasn’t planned, it was personal. After navigating burnout, motherhood, and body image struggles, I turned to strength training and nutrition to rebuild myself from the inside out. It changed everything.
I now work with women going through life shifts, whether that’s pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause or just feeling stuck. I coach from a place of compassion and practicality - because I know what it’s like to juggle work, kids, hormones, and still want to feel strong in your skin.
I offer flexible online support, personalised programming, and nutrition consults that meet you where you’re at.

Hormone Fluctuations Are Natural
Hormone levels naturally shift throughout the day, month, and year. Affected by factors like age, sex, menstrual cycles, and pregnancy. These fluctuations are a normal part of how the body functions.
The Myth of “Balance”
The idea of a fixed, perfectly “balanced” hormonal state is a misconception. Hormones are meant to fluctuate in response to the body’s needs. Expecting them to stay static doesn't reflect how a woman’s body system truly works.
